- Returns are easy! Simply send your order to us along with a copy of the invoice and explanation for the return.
- NOTE: Notifying us of the return prior to sending it can speed up the processing time.
- You must notify us of shipping errors within TWO DAYS receiving the order.
- Notify us immediately of any damage to packages during shipping
- Please include a copy of the invoice with all returns.
- Orders returned after 30 days of order date (without prior approval) will be accepted for replacement only.
- Some products returned for credit may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
- Items returned with ANY physical damage are NOT covered under warranty
