Returns Policy

  • Returns are easy! Simply send your order to us along with a copy of the invoice and explanation for the return.
  • NOTE: Notifying us of the return prior to sending it can speed up the processing time.
  • You must notify us of shipping errors within TWO DAYS receiving the order.
  • Notify us immediately of any damage to packages during shipping
  • Please include a copy of the invoice with all returns.
  • Orders returned after 30 days of order date (without prior approval) will be accepted for replacement only.
  • Some products returned for credit may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Items returned with ANY physical damage are NOT covered under warranty
